This is so interesting....they feel similar to Seaking scales, I think. The colours remind me of that species, too.

I agree on the color, though there's apparently some sort of legend about them in other worlds. They swim up waterfalls or accomplish some other difficult task and they become dragons.
Well, you would know, wouldn't you? What with that handsome Gyarados of yours. Perhaps this is a prelude to next month's transformation, for you...
