[One of the few small mercies here is that Lysandre does have at least some time to make himself look somewhat presentable; it isn't much, not as much as he'd like, but he's looking...well, not up to his standards, but what he's got is going to have to be close enough. Small things, really, he never does let himself look like complete hell, even when he's on his own, but he's not a total miracle worker either.
Sycamore is...likewise looking sort of rough, once the door is open; he'll move aside easily enough to allow him entry, at least.]
[Sycamore is still fiddling with his fringe as Lysandre opens the door, and he starts a bit when he sees him; as per usual, he looks fantastic. There's no sign of any references to Yveltal, either, despite the fact that he can't stop a flashback flickering behind his eyes. It makes him shake his head briefly, still with a hand in his hair.
FringeQuest is quickly abandoned as Lysandre steps aside, but Sycamore doesn't move past him to the couch just yet; instead, he slowly lifts a hand and places it against his cheek. He can't stop a quick tremor running through his fingers, but other than that, his touch is fairly steady. Dark circles or not, he wants to look at Lysandre properly.]
[His gaze darts slightly at Sycamore's touch, but it's nothing that he can't correct quickly enough; the look in his eyes is far calmer this time around, at least.]
[Sycamore continues to look into Lysandre's eyes for a moment longer, before sighing and moving toward the couch, gently tugging on his arm as he does so.]
Come on. Let's sit down for a bit.
[He's familiar enough with Lysandre to know he wouldn't get an honest answer to that question, at least not to begin with. But they can work their way there. Or would it be better to just focus on distractions and making Chroma?
[That much does seem to be genuine, at least, as he follows Sycamore easily to the couch; he doesn't seem hesitant, and he remains such as he comes to sit down next to him.]
[Once Lysandre has settled, Sycamore wraps a hand around his knee and ensures their legs are touching, closing his eyes as the Chroma begins to spark. He knows it's a ridiculous thought - they've both got more Chroma than they know what to do with - but...well, Lysandre has been alone for the past few days. It's...just to make sure.
[It's another thing that there's very little hesitation behind; there's no sense in denying it when they both know, and perhaps more to the point they both know exactly why it had chosen to look that way. So it's straightforward, and it's perhaps a bit clinical, but that's how discussing this is going to go if anyone wants it to move forward.]
Neither of us particularly need such heavy reminders of all of that, I'd imagine.
[It takes a little while for Sycamore to think of something more to say; he knows Lysandre is unlikely to break the silence, however, so he's content to take the time to formulate a decent response. It's blindingly obvious that he's not going to want to dig into everything that happened the past few days - at least not now. Sycamore isn't an idiot. He knows when to drop a subject.
You're the only person I've ever met who can make such lovely compliments sound so stubborn, you know.
[It's very clear that that isn't a problem, however, judging by how Sycamore rests his head against Lysandre's shoulder. Chroma...physical contact....goodness, it's only been a few days, but he missed this...]
[He's well aware that he doesn't have to say it, but...well. It's nice to vocalise these things.
It's also nice to think about just sitting here forever (Chroma...), but...well, they have lost time to make up for!]
Have you eaten a decent meal, recently? I'll make something for us, if you haven't. Oh, and remind me to use some of your shampoo, since I'll definitely need to shower while I'm here. [nudge nudge!] Oh, I completely forgot to bring a change of clothes with me, but I've left enough clothing here that I'm...actually a bit concerned more of my clothes are here than not. I can't find my belt, so I'm positive it's here, at least.
[...
you had better not have gotten rid of his favourite yellow belt, Lysandre....]
Well, it isn't as though I've touched it if you did leave it here. Tempted though I am to overhaul your wardrobe, I imagine you might not be pleased with what I do to it.
[...]
And yes, you can make something if you want. It's been a while since I've had anything.
I hope that doesn't mean it's been a while since you've eaten, full stop.
[Sycamore is more than happy to leave that rhetorical, as he stands and prepares to head for the kitchen. Before he moves, however, he leans forward and places a soft kiss on Lysandre's lips, keeping their faces close as he breaks it to whisper-]
[Ah, that makes him smile, and Sycamore runs a gentle hand down Lysandre's face before heading over to the kitchen. Right, what do we have to work with, here....
As he shifts through the fridge and cupboards, he'll keep the conversation going, failing to hide a smile as he thinks about Lysandre's opinion of his clothing.]
I don't know why you hold out when it comes to my wardrobe, by the way - you've already mercilessly revamped my toiletries.
[Ooh, there are eggs....he can work with eggs! Now, is there flour...there are vegetables...cheese...crepes would be quick and easy....]
Perhaps I'll let you dress me one day, no? Just for fun.
[He'll come a bit closer; not enough to interfere, but enough to keep the conversation easy. ...At least everything in the kitchen is within reach, he's ensured that much.]
There's no guarantee that I'll be satisfied with just doing it once; I can assure you now that I won't.
[Sycamore is admittedly very thankful that he doesn't have to fetch a stool to reach the important kitchen implements, yes. So thoughtful! He's quick to find the flour and obtain some mixing bowls. Vegetable crepes will do - easy and healthy. Ooh, maybe they could have wine, as well...surely that wouldn't cancel out the nutritional value? No, it'll be fine...wine has fruit in it! Besides, they deserve it. It's decided.
...and yes, that comment makes him smile as he focuses on mixing together some batter.]
As long as you intend to take the clothes off me, I'll let you put them on me. Sounds like a fair deal, no?
[Have a wink, you.]
Although I do know how you get whenever I let you take an inch. The miles tend to disappear rather quickly, don't they?

[Sycamore's free hand is quickly tangled back in his hair; Lysandre's reaction is not surprising, but that doesn't make it any easier to digest.]
If it shocked me, it must have horrified you. Or...

I still say that wasn't that horrendous, you know.
